Default Driver window control

2006 GX 470...133K. My VSC TRK, VSC OFF, Skid Control and Check Engine lights all came on the other morning. I Googled the problem and on YouTube found someone who said it was most likely a problem with my gas cap. Who’d a thunk it! I checked and sure enough, my cap was not screwed in correctly. I went to Lexus and bought a new cap when just putting the old one back in didn’t cause the lights to reset. The new cap didn’t help either. My mechanic said that if they don’t reset to just unhook the battery for about 15 min. I did and after hooking back up all the caution lights above went out! All seemed correct again. The starting however was slightly abnormal after hooking the battery back up...took me a couple tries for it to run correctly. But, all seemed fine until I was driving home today and my master window control at the driver’s door would lower the driver window but NOT any of the others. Each window still works correctly from it’s own switch but nothing from the driver’s control module. The drivers window goes up and down just fine. The system worked fine last week.

Anyone have any ideas? I can’t say whether they worked right after I hooked the battery back up or not. Never thought to check. That was a few days ago.

You need to reset all your windows and the sunroof after disconnecting the battery. It's easy, See this link:
How to initialize Power Windows - GX after battery Replacement or Reset
I'm in Boise too!
