Default Rust & Brake Lines

Hello:
I'm a brand new '04 GX470 owner. It has normal frame rust, but the brake line connectors and brackets look especially bad. I couldn't find posts about brake line replacement (maybe I missed them), so if anyone has any tips on finding a good replacement kit and the installation, it would be a great help.

Background Info:
I and my wife are empty-nesters in the home we built years ago in the middle of the woods. I got the GX to supplement our other cars in case of flooding or hurricanes that make our mile-long driveway impassable. So, I'm not working towards having a showcar or rock climber, but we need a decent level of dependability. My goal is to work "smart" on the items to accomplish this.
