Install complete!
the install is finally complete - it was pretty easy after the 20-pin connector finally snapped into place.
Chip, the placement on the 4x4 control module you suggested was perfect. Attached is a picture for anyone else interested in the same placement. The 4x4 control module (black square with white label in photo) is located on the plastic tray directly above the front passenger floorboard and underneath the glove compartment.
