would that be a OEM DVD or Pirated off of eBay or whatever?

I purchased a Nav DVD off of eBay, could not get it to work. I contacted the Seller and was sent out another DVD, the new one worked perfectly.

The instructions with the Lexus discs are pretty specific about letting it do a software update if it needs to. eBay discs ... are an unknown quantity.

I used an ebay dvd and it worked fine. You probably got a bad disc unfortunately. Contact seller for another.
