Default Power Steering Rack Leaking?

A few weeks after I bought my GX470 in November, drivers.lexus.com updated the service history on my VIN. In that history, it says that a steering pressure hose and the steering rack itself is leaking. I have been under my car a few times already doing regular maintenance and havent found anything obviously leaking. Is leaking from the rack or an associated hose common on the GX?

Ya it's common on many Toyotas. Yours was probably fixed before you bought it, by an independent mechanic, which is why the diagnosis shows up, but not the repair.

Probably not repaired since the car was traded in at the exact same mileage shown when the diagnostic was made. I guess ill have to look for the leak myself, I was just inquiring to see if there was a specific area of the rack that leaks.
