2004 GX470 belt moulding
Have any of you replaced the front right window belt moulding? If so, how do I remove the old moulding?
The upper strip on mine stated flapping and so I tore it off.

You're talking about the strip along to top edge of the door/bottom of the window? It's held on with plastic clips, pull/pry up and off. If you break clips, you can buy new from dealer. New belt molding may even come with new clips.
