Does Lexus provide any information for maintenance after 150,000 miles?

The intervals don't change, just follow schedule from beginning, it's just basically oil changes. Timing belt at 180 K, double Spark plug life etc....just math.

120,000 mile service

I have an 07 GX470 and I am about to do the 120,000 mile service on my truck. I took the service guide posted by Mann777 and made a check list for myself. I have attached a pdf and a word doc. just in case some others might find it useful and/or want to make some changes.

Service is based on intervals not total mileage..change oil every certain amount of miles, lube drive shaft, change timing belt, change spark plugs....it’s in the manual.
