Just got the car back from the dealer for the 90k maintenance. I cleaned out the throttle body today and as part of the process, disconnected the harness that attaches to it. When I went back to reconnect it, the tab that ensures a solid connection basically fell off and now the harness connects but obviously can slip off at any time.

It doesn't look like there is an easy way to zip tie this thing on the throttle body. Is there a replacement harness that can be purchased? It looks like there is a separate harness that connects the throttle body to the rest of the wiring. Trying to avoid buying a brand new engine harness.

I would use just a little RTV--strong enough to hold it in place and easy enough to just peel off if needed

Great idea. High heat or regular black?

I managed to merge two zip ties into one large loop but RTV is a much better alternative.

High Temp RTV would be the best.
