Aux audio input on 2003?
So I'm buying a 2003 GX as soon as my tax return comes (in the next few days). I can't live without my Sirius and would prefer an Aux input on the stock radio rather than swapping to afftermarket--none of them seem to look as goog and the stock head is quite good.
Anyway, in searching around, it looks like it may be possible but I can't seem to find a straight answer on how to do it. Anyone know of a kit to install an Aux input?
Thanks!

There are many audio interface products available for the gx. If you are considering an aftermarket head unit, do not purchase a GX with navigation. Many vehicle functions are also controlled through the touch screen. This makes replacing the system virtually impossible. A good place to start your search is "Vaistech" and "Grom".

As I mentioned, I don't want an aftermarket HU. I just don't care for how they look.

I added a VaisTech adapter (for ipod) to my 2004 and can't say enough good about it. High quality, completely integrated with the existing system, including the touch screen and steering wheel controls. They have models that provide the Aux Input that may provide the capability you need. Let us know what you end up with and how the Sirius works!

I just picked up the GROM unit, haven't had a chance to install yet. I wanted iphone and bluetooth capability and this is the one I settled on.

Beat Sonic makes a great dash kit the fits perfectly and then you can have a modern head unit with hands free calling, bluetooth streaming, navigation, mp3 and dvd playback. Please do a search there are many of us out here who have done it.
