After testing the light I notive the right side wasn't working right and though that it doesn't work for US GX i deceided to give up and sell it.

But after some of you tell me to go ahead and install it I dececide to take you guy advice and give it one more try. WIth Dan advice i was able to rewire the right side. But i use the 3th clear lense as a reverse light as it was intended for. And replaced the bulbs on the tail gate reverse light with a Palarg super white bulbs for the rear camera. It work out much better than i thought.

I just didn't like it because it have the reverse light on it and the GX already got one on the rear door.

Sounds like you would lose one brake light on each side with the Prado lights.

Peter, do a search. A few people here (Capirato and Angelslex come to mind) have done this mod, and I believe they did some minor rewiring to use that extra spot on the Prado housing as an additional signal light. I think at least one of them even posted pictures of the procedure and the finished product.

Check it out... If you like the looks of the housings, and the only issue is the reverse light, you may want to try this route so you can keep them, and you won't lose some of the $$$ you already spent.

I take your advice and gave it another chance with Capirato and Dan (Angelslex) especially Dan for helping me rewiring the right side.

I deceided to use the 3th white lense as a reverse light as it was intended for. I replaced the reverse light on the tail gate with a Palarg super white bulbs and use that for my rear camera. It work much better that way. I can see much better reversing at night.

Peter, you know I use to have PolarG on my 300zx and they were actually DARKER (and bluer) then my factory lights, after that I stopped changing any of the factory Wedge Bulbs all together and staid away from PolarG... you really find the PolarG bulbs to be brighter? What part number bulb did you use? just be careful with the bulb life as they tend to burn out very quickly, so have spares

I agree with you, the wedge bulb, dome and map by Polarg are junk! they turn yellow when on too long.
I threw those out and replace all the bulb with super white LED bulbs. All interior bulb, running board, front day time running light.

Only one type of Polarg M2 bulb that didn't turn yellow was the rear reverse light. it was much better that i expected. so I keep that one.

LEDs is the best choice to go with.
