ive posteda tread already but no one has replayed to the orignal question. im going on a trip tom and need help with reseting it please i cant get to the map, or the menu buttons help.

Well, guess what. If you mislead the service department they aren't as likely to fix thge problem.

Your Gx is still under warranty, why doesn't the dealership fix it?

Your question was answered in your last thread, last post. There is not simple fix that is known to this issue. As previously stated if you have a cool dealer they may fix as a warranty repair otherwise you will have to foot the bill for the replacement of the Nav Computer.
