Platinum Series - what's the difference and when was it offered?

What years were the platinum edition GX470 offerred?

Also what's the difference between them? Better wheels?

i always thought platinum editions were for other lexus models, and there was no option for it on GX's.

Platinum Series

The Platinum Series vehicles were offered in 2000. As far as I know, there is no plan for a Platinum edition GX.
