niiiiice. can you post some specs so that we can all get more educated?

I ordered some iForged wheels, I think they are 20x9.5, 15 offset, will run 265/50/20 Toyo tires.

Thanks

IMHO, these rims are border line ghetto and pimpy. They belongs on a Cadillac Escalade.

I can see you bending down taking the pic against the chrome. Not my cup of tea but not that bad. Your GX is very clean though, I can see the flakes in the picture. Those are 20s?

Thanks for all of the opinions (good and bad). I'm not a fan of delicate wheels on a truck, so I went for something "chunky". Plus I kinda like the chopper style that they have.

They are 22" KMC wheels (22x9.5), on Nitto 265/40/22 tires. I'm not sure what the offset is.

What makes finding wheels for this truck so difficult is the large center bore. (GM's are 3" while ours is 4.25") Be careful when looking at internet sites for fitment guides b/c most only go by the bolt pattern and offset. That's what got me the first time around. I found a set of rims that every internet site I could find said would fit, but when my wheel guy called for them we found out they couldn't even drill it out to fit it.

Sorry, but don't really like those. I'm sure you spent a lot of time looking for the rims that you like to have someone say they don't like 'em in a couple of seconds. However, I'm more worried of the very low profiles (40's) in an SUV. I get nervous thinking of any lower than 55s on SUVs. Will they be able to handle the load and potholes?

Gotta agree here... just don't seem to fit with the style of the GX... unless you plan to lower it, add some neons underneath, some fuzzy dice, and a BIIIGGGG Hail Mary on the dash...

Hat's off to your research though. Good luck with them. Don't park in New Haven.

i have to say i'm very suprised at what i'm seeing here. i appreciate what all of you have to say b/c i asked for opinions BUT there's a big difference between giving your opinion and being downright rude. up to this point i thought most of the people here were very nice and helpful. i guess it's easy to hide behind a computer screen.

I dont think anyoone has been rude.... I think that the wheels are just not my / our cup of tea.
In the end if you like them, then the hell with everyone else!

Don't be offended. I don't we're trying to be rude either. We are pretty civilized here and Club Lexus is the most sophisicated and well mannered forum I have been. If you don't believe me, check out other forums. They will bash and outright curse you with no censors at all. My wife and I are considering a GX also and when we do I would like to get some nice rims also. However I'm more concerned having low profile tires on an SUV due to potholes...In the end if you still think we're rude, "then the hell with everyone else. "

I just reviewed all the posts and also don't see where anybody has been rude...

You DID ask to tell you what we think. Everybody has different opinions and the comments are all in good fun. I don't see anybody hiding behind a computer screen. Don't take any of us so seriously

If you like them than that's all that matters and the hell with everyone else! (gotta keep the trend going here)

allisonb1013,

Don't get offended by others' opinions. That's what makes us individuals. Everyone has their own perceptions of what is nice. Yes, rims for the GX can be hard to find unless you get 'em custom made...
