I replaced the entire actuator in my 2003 gx470. Now when I turn on the car the vcs off light stays on and the diff light flashes. However when I engage the locker the light stays solid like it should. There is also a very faint beeping noise when the actuator isn’t engaged. What can I do to solve this problem?
