Default 05 KDSS lean

Hi,
I’ve searched this and am only finding reference to 10+ KDSS lean. I know the system is different in the 05. Can someone direct me to a procedure for correcting this lean on an 05?

do I just need a spring spacer on that side?

Thanks in advance.

Just a thought from somebody with 2005 KDSS; suspect the air suspension, not the sway bars. Connected/disconnected, I have never perceived any KDSS-induced lean. The air bags are another matter.

KDSS lean is a common issue on vehicles that have KDSS, but KDSS in GX470's is less common, I'm not sure the percentage that came equipped (Sport trim, or special order only as I understand it). By contrast, ALL GX460's came with KDSS, so you are going to find a lot more search results there.

Treaty Oak Offroad was recently inquiring if there was interest in having them do another run of KDSS spacers for the 470's. I can't remember where I saw it, so probably best to reach out to Kyle Fogle @ TOO directly, he's great to talk to. He's a member of the GXOR group on FB, look him up on there.

Is it a mechanical problem, or just the height sensors needing adjustment?

There are no sensors to adjust on the KDSS, I understand the "lean" is due to pressure imbalance within the KDSS system, that some have had success getting re-calibrated at the dealer or other shop with the correct specialty tools(expensive, not guaranteed to improve), and others have had success using a KDSS spacer to even it out.
