Has anyone done a front end swap on a 04-09 gx470? I saw online a guy named megalex did his with a LX570 front end which look great, but curious to see if anyone had done a 460 front end or a lx470 on a gx470? I dislike the headlights on the gx470 and would perfer to have a meaner front end look...

New fenders, hood, grill, and bumper? I guess can change the look.

Or are you asking about the suspension swap? OEM is a located diff IFS.

 

That front end swap would likely cost more than you paid for your truck, lol. Everything is custom.

If you want something that looks like a LX570, just go buy one of those.

 

I'm guessing that even though the LX is a LandCruiser, there may be better parts availability for the Prado/GX given it's recent popularity in the offroading crowd.

Those headlights likely cost as much as their wheel + tire combo...
(But I do like the look)
