I ran my vin through the decoder and it show that I had KDSS. I was happy to see this as I understood it to be a rare find on a used one. But when I looked under my GX, the sway bar mounts are fixed and nothing like what I have seen in pics of KDSS. Also, no pump mounted to either frame rail. Has anyone else seen this inaccuracy?

I just tried, and it tells me the VIN for my '04 isn't valid...so I don't put a lot of weight in it.

 

Try using the free window sticker link posted here (make sure to use the throwaway / temporary email link if you don't have a dedicated spam email already). Depending on volume, can get for free sometimes or pay the $8 for the one linked later on

Tempmail is a nice idea that I will use again but the sticker service said that mine must be paid for "due to popular demand". I will just keep in mind that the decode for the forum may not be 100% and live on.

I am certian that i don't have KDSS. I don't need it anyway as this thing is not likely to see and heavy offroad use. It may help if I ever decide to sell but thats not likely to happen soon.
