Anyone get this kit? My mechanic saying the front coilovers are 2 inches longer than oem and he won't put them in. He said the box has "toyota 4runner" on it. I told him its the same subframe.

Show him the link, the description states they fit your GX470. Interestingly, further down, the expanded description suggests it's an airbag kit rather than springs...not the best marketing. Says nothing about whether it will result in a lift or not, but I'd like to assume it would at least be matched to work together.

Not a kit I'd have purchased, FWIW.

 

If the space between A-arms won't allow a CO to just mount in, then the CO's are too long. You don't compress CO's to install them.
