Default Everything going wrong

I own a 2006 Gx 470. Recently my ac and heat just stopped working, my back windows will not roll down, turning signals stopped functioning, and my heat gauge starting showing that my motor was getting way too hot(red lined). I’m hauling her in Thursday to a Toyota dealer. No Lexus dealer close by. Closest is St. Louis or KC (3 hours away). She has been riding really rough too. I took the air bag suspension off the vehicle 3 years ago, because they were shot. Right now I have bilstein shocks and a 3 inch lift kit on her.
please give me some advice in what is going on.

AFAICT, there's nothing in common with those electrical systems. Check fuses (especially ECU), check ground posts/straps, check battery/charging voltages.

What's the batt voltage when running?
What's the batt voltage when not running?
Not that this should be causing those issues, just curious.

Arnott replacement bags are not expensive.

Default Reset ECU

Perhaps you could disconnect either the hot or ground on the battery and reconnect after maybe 5 minutes. This should reset the ECU as I am told. Obviously you will have to roll the windows up and down, sunroof and reprogram the radio. Long shot of course.

What does the OBD reader say? Have you tried that? . Whatever happens you may want to get one and try it to familiarize yourself. It can be invaluable. Lots of threads on this.

Change the thermostat and add the correct coolant first.
