I am having a hard time finding snow chains for the GX.


I know, what all of you are thinking, the GX has four wheel drive, why do you need chains?


Well in California, if you are towing a trailer even with 4WD you are still required to have chains on under chain requirement conditons.


I use my GX to tow Snowmobiles to Lake Tahoe.


I am not looking for the cable type chains, I am looking for the diamond type "chain" chains and nobody seems to make them in 265/65R17 sizes yet and with winter approaching I'm not sure what to do.


Any suggestions

 

Try tirechains.com and look at the SUV/Truck selection. They show 17" tire sizes.
