The small trim piece on my drivers side rear door handle has been loose for some time. Yesterday it decided to fall off. It looks like it is held in place with clips and there is a torx bolt that somehow came unthreaded. Some of the plastic on the clip part is broken, but I think if I loctite the threads on the bolt, it should hold. Access to this bolt is the other question. I took off the door panel and removed the plastic to gain access to the door handle from the inside. The back end of the door handle is tucked way back in the door and I can't reach the bolt. Are there any tricks to removing the door handle? I started to, but got nervous with all the linkage, worried that something would come loose and I wouldn't be able to reconnect. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
