Hi guys. I bought a 2004 Lexus GX470 earlier this week. Price was incredible at $3,900. Does anyone know who manufactures this front bumper accessory? Is it a factory or dealer option, maybe? This is not my vehicle. I saw it on cargurus. Thanks

I believe I looked at that exact GX, noticed the bumper too. Was this one in TN?
It's an OEM part, they were available back in the day as an add-on from the dealer. There's a few people on GXOR that have one because their GX came with it, I haven't seen any floating around ebay, and I've only seen one or two go up for sale on GXOR I think. Lexus doesn't make them anymore, and I'm not sure if it was even an option for the later model years but someone might have a more definitive answer. I just know I've seen them on a lot of the earlier model year GX's.
All it is is a brush guard though. It looks cool and all but doesn't provide any realistic protection. Personally I kind of wish I had one just as a piece of GX history, I think they look pretty cool.
