Default P0430 code - ODB Fusion o2 translation needed

Hi all,I have done a ton of searching, need a little advice if possible.

I have a 04 GX470 (200k miles) that has this p0430 code. I reset it and off for now but we will see, has not been driven very far/long yet since reset.

I have these readings (see pics). Looks like bank 1, sensor 2 and bank 2, sensor 2 are having a problem. Anyone know how to interrupt these codes in the attachment? Sound like a exhaust leak on the left side vs a o2 sensor (since 2 of them seem to have it) vs a cat converter?

Maybe :
1) a leak in the exhaust pipe (not that expensive probably),
2) a problem with the o2 sensors (there are 4, those codes tell me 2 are having bad readings). Not that expensive to replace the o2 sensor, but it could be telling me about a exhaust leak or some other problem
3) catalytic converter. This unit could be bad

thoughts and interpretation of my log below?

These are from OBD Fusion:

This may sound crazy but message Scotty Kilmer at his website. I've asked questions before and he does reply.

Cracked exhaust headers do happen with the GX (which might admit extra air). But when that happens you can normally hear it.

If you're running on the original O2 sensors from 2004, I would start there.
