transmission fluid change?

transmission fluid change?
was trying to get some info on changing trans fluid in my 2009 GX 470. it is a sealed unit so it is suppose to last but i recently had to replace radiator, and the new one had a faulty o ring in the trans fitting so lost a lot of fluid before i found the leak. was reading other forums about it and was wondering when checking fluid level that the temp should be at a certain degree, i have a scan tool that gives me that but have not found any info on what the temp is. any help would be appreciated.

The way I do it is:
- drain the trans fluid at the pan, then put bolt back on
- replace trans fluid with the same amount that came out
- next, disconnect the return trans fluid line at the cooler in front and put the line in an empty jug
- start the engine, and shut it off as soon as the t fluid starts to sputter
- replace the same amount of fluid, repeat until clean
