Passenger Side footwell

Anyone know what part covers this spot in the front passenger side footwell? It was missing when I bought my GX. Thanks!

Looks like maybe a smallish light socket. ????

My carpet covers that area. But I do have a small hole in it where that screw is starting to poke through.
