so i have noticed a few issues with my GX over the past couple of months. when going around a corner the stability control will kick in and try to straighten out the truck mid corner. this is very intrusive and has almost caused several head on crashes and cause me to run other drivers off the road. there are no fault lights that come on, no flashing dash lights like their would be an actual slippage (such as i have seen in snow or ice). it has even once done this while driving straight down the freeway, it would just grab a brake at random and start pulsating hart on one side pulling he vehicle into the other lane even with me fighting it.. the other night it got so bad i had to pull the ABS relay just to drive the truck. anyone experienced this before? i have recently replaiced wheel bearings up front with new abs sensors, no change. new lower control arms from Toyota w/bushing, no change. new rear lower links, no change. brand new wheels so its not a bent wheel, good tires(cooper st maxx). brakes are all new, with dot4 fluid flush. i have bought a new stability control ECU as well as a new ABS ECU but have not installed them hoping this could solve my issue, but just curious if this has ever happened to anyone here or you have heard of this with other models?
Make sure the abs sensors are all the way in. Take a plastic mallet and tap on them. Did you check for soft codes. The other thing that I can think of is popular with the Dodge Ram SRT10's When you did the brake flush did it run all the way down in the reservoir? It could be air in the abs pump. Find a gravel, dirt any type of "loose" road, go just fast enough when you STOMP on the brake the abs kicks in. That will bleed it out, try it several times. let us know what happens.
front calipers are gx460, and all new, this is not a sticking caliper issue. this is a ABS/stability control issue, i can audibly hear the ABS pump kicking on/pulsating and the beeping of the stability control as this is happening. no, at no time did i let the reservoir get low enough on fluid to suck air, i only ever let it get down to about 1/2 full, i have also bleed the system 3 times to flush it with all new dot4 fluid
i did find a used ABS and stability control ECU out of a wrecked truck that i will swap in if i can pinpoint the the issue. the problem is this issue is so isolated that its almost impossible to trouble shoot or test.

You are throwing your money away! STOP! Bring it somewhere for a DIAGNOSIS tell them thats all you want done, pay the 80 bucks and stop guessing.
Its a sensor or you have a short in a wire some where. Is it always to 1 side? When you turn? A shop with a good scanner can get into all those sensors and run a test, see exactly what they are doing. Along with all the other components. It may even have a soft code.

Reason: add
Have you gotten the codes read? The ones you'd be looking for are manufacturer specific (have a "1" in the second position) so you'll need a reader that is specific to Toyota/Lexus.

yeah its not always to one side, so its probably not a sensor or wire. yes a shop could and it would be very easy if this was a regularly occurrence but it only happens about once a month, and considering i drive about 150mi perday thats a very low percentage of the time the fault is triggered.

i have not had a chance to get it to the dealer yet. i have run it through all the software i have for Toyotas, so there is a possibility that its is only going to show in Lexus only systems as i have experienced situations where Toyota could not access stuff in the Lexus systems
You said you have nearly-new Cooper S/T Maxx tires - I've not ridden on a set yet, but I'm wondering how well a tire built for off-road use handles on turns.
Something else to check is your tire pressure - overinflated tires can cause lack of grip in turns.
