I took my 2007 GX to South America two years ago, and now my dashboard is all cracked. Lexus warranty doesn't cover it after it leaves the USA. Has anybody use one of this Coverlay covers? Any experiences with any other type of cover for the cracked dashboard cover?

Where is it now? its not covered after it leaves the US??? It was a recall should not matter. I would try another dealer or on the phone with Lexus. I would not stand for that. Talk to somewhere someone else. Dont tell them it left, damn foreign sun! Always shines on me different when I travel!
Its in Colombia, with no Lexus dealer here, but just Toyota which have provided some basic parts, but no service either because they're not allowed to service vehicles that are not local.
I learn the lesson of taking my US car abroad.
An interesting called Lexus in the US, but found the same answer. No warranty abroad. Now I just hope that if I end back in the US with my Gx, I'll be able to order the dashboard , pay for it and try to fix it by myself
