Default Rust & Corrosion Preventive? (coast driving)

Driving a 4x4 on the beach is my paradise
Rust is my nightmare
Renting an Enterprise Wrangler is perfect but pricey $$$
So, i'm taking my GX to the Cape Point on Hatteras Island and Carova, NC
Protecting the undercarriage is my biggest concern.
After an hour of research of what to coat the undercarriage for a "Rust-Proof Treatment", I found this:

Is this product a Silver Bullet? It's able to be spayed on the whole under-body (except certain undercarriage paint...[?])
It's a non flammable Lanolin based coating that remains in a permanently soft gel state.

Any thoughts, suggestions or experiences with this product or driving a GX on the beach in general is greatly appreciated!
Have fun out there!

I bought some under coating that was designed to stay tacky, not sure how this 1 stays gel like, but IMO the worst idea and concept ever! Picks up a lot of debris, dirt and dust I dont want. Cleaning wasnt at all how it was supposed to be, talk about a pain! Never again! I dont know about this product you are showing, I know you said gel like, I am just sharing my experience. If it works for you, let us know!

the problem with the coating is it stays soft and the sand will stick to it. The best thing ive found is a wash after every trip to the sand.I use a old school lawn sprinkler the kind that go back and forth start and one end let run about 30 min. move to the middle 30 min so on you get the pic.It also works for mud

Fluid film is great. The product does stay on there for years .. that's the point. I fluid filmed mine almost 2 years ago and it still looks great, didn't feel the need to reapply this winter. The stuff was still coating all of the metal. I over-applied initially so the car smelled like fluid film for a few weeks. Not the worst smell in the world, didn't really mind. Was probably dripping non-toxic lanolin on the road for a while.
