Yesterday I installed the Strutmasters conversion kit on my wife's GX. When I mounted the lower spring perch on each side to the car's axle perch, they are not able to sit flush due to the way the locking washer connects. Just curious if anyone else has had this problem.

Although I can not provide input to your inquiry. I am interested in some feedback in terms of:
1. Ride quality difference.
2. What made you switch
3. What mileage
4. How long did it take and how mechanically inclined are you (for example, I've done timing belts before, but never touched suspension components. This is on my short list but I keep delaying)
5. What issues did you run into (well, other than the obvious)?

based on your description, it sounds like you have the bolt/washer/nut on upside down. Can you post a pic?

How did the conversion come out? i'm wondering just like NEUB the reasons for the change. In looking at the pricing to change out a failed airbag vs the cost you paid for the strutmasters kit seems to be the way to go in the long run.
I don't normally use the "settings" comfort and or sport much. if I remember correctly, when i did switch to sport seemed gas mileage was different - or it could have just been my heavy foot.
