Whenever I use the NAV on my GX and approaching a turn, it will interrupt itself before finishing what it is saying.

For instance, when I'm about to exit the freeway, it will say it will say "next exit on the right" then "keep right", then "right turn ahead".. It interrupt itself before finish saying "keep right" and other voice guidances. I'm just wondering if anyone has experience the same problem? Thank you

Mine does not do that. The instructions are spaced out, it appears to me, by the distance from the turn, and the commands are alway complete with a notable pause between.

 

you could just be exiting on a very short off ramp. i have nav in both a GS430 and RX330. most of the time, the nav lady is pretty good, but you know, she speaks pretty slowly, so if it is a really short off ramp and the turn is coming up quick, she has no choice but to say the next command (after interrupting the previous command), otherwise, she will end up several seconds behind your driving!

so it's happened to me in those instances. try it again on a longer off ramp and see if it gets cut off.

 

Maybe you just drive too fast....sorry....mine does it too on a few occassions - probably less than 1% of the time.

 

Anyone notice the issue where they cannot adjust the volume under Menu, Volume to OFF. You appear to ble to set other settings like 1-7 and it will remember next time you restart the vehicle, but OFF it will never remember.

 

This is also a problem with the lexus link message. I'd love to turn that off....
