Howto: Replace the headlights
I'm gonna be that guy that says to never put in HIDs or LEDs in halogen housings. Yes you have a projector but it's designed for halogens, not HIDs. Yes they are very bright but you run the risk of blinding every oncoming car with glare. Don't be that guy. There are no true H11 HIDs. They are rebased to fit. If you want to run HIDs, do a proper retrofit with projectors designed for HIDs.
Or as mentioned run H9s in the low beams and 9011s in the high beams. Both are halogens so no issues with glare and are about twice the lumens of stock bulbs while properly putting the light where it's mean to be.

That works! Because (as you already know) a non modified halogen projector isn't able to handle the tremendous amount of light going about the cutoff (uplighting?). Do you have a link on how the projector is modified? I still want to do a retrofit one day with RX350 projectors so I can run HIDs that haven't been rebased (not that a rebase is always bad).
