Sounds like a problem with the passenger side blend door or actuator.
I seem to recall that there are A/C system diagnostics available via the touch-screen, if you have the Nav option... Try looking for those & run through them.
Chip9 is correct, there are diagnostics available, but they are for both Nav and non-nav units. See the attached PDF.

The Lexus dealership found that the water pump was leaking top and bottom and that the lower rad hose was cooler than upper suggesting a faulty thermostat as well. Dash panels were pulled off and all servo motors, gears, and blend doors were operationally checked. All good. Tomorrow, the beast goes back into the independent garage that changed the timing belt and water pump a few months ago.
