Help transmission vibration
So it's engine speed related and not road speed related?
I'd do some cheap stuff first - make sure the spark plugs are fresh, inspect the spark plug wires for cracks, inspect the engine air filter. Then I'd get the codes read (Autozone will do this for free, but I'm not sure they can read the Lexus-specific ones).
After that, I'd take it to your trusted mechanic to check stuff like transmission fluid level and quality (no dip-stick on the GX for this). Ask him to inspect the drive shafts for anything that might cause them to be out of balance.
