I'm sure it's been talked about at some point but are their any options out there? Havent searched to much but I'd assume TRD has something that could be made to work?

 

TRD did offer a supercharger once, but stopped making it because the factory design of the 2UZFE is not ideal for forced induction due to the connecting rods, which like to go boom! They are fine for the stock power levels, but do not hold up well once you crank things up. There are other superchargers available too, but it's not a wise idea to run them with stock internals.

If you have the non-vvti version I would think the tundra one would be pretty close to fitting. maybe some differences on the throttle body since ours is fully electronic but shouldn't be anything too crazy.
you would want to keep it to factory boost, as said above these motors do have that weak rods problem, unless you are willing to open up the bottom end and fix it.

I would venture to say though, that any amount of boost even 5-6 psi would make it feel like a completely different car, and the engine would probably take it in fine if the air fuel ratios are ok. also not sure how much more than that the rods, auto trans and transfer case can take, so low boost would still be an option. supercharged tundra's on low boost aren't throwing rods left and right till people crank the boost up, and even at a few psi you are making more than the engine can ever make without the charger.
it is pretty hard to find the ecu that comes in the kit with the extra injector but one could just add an extra injector with an aftermarket piggyback, or bump up the fuel pressure or something, there is no plug and play kit but the tundra one should get it pretty close that someone could work out the last few details. eventually I will look into it but not yet.

If you have vvti I would not bother, but there are a few threads about people modifying the kits to work on vvti's. really just depends on how custom you are comfortable with vs things that bolt on.
