I would highly recommend Asheville to almost anyone. The highest concentration of craft brewerys in the eastern US any great people. We live in SE Georgia and love to head to the mountains to get away from the summer heat or to see some snow.

 

We have friends in Greensboro and meet up at their mountain house in Fancy Gap, VA not far from there. Ashville sounds like a great place to check out this summer.
