DONE! Big Thx to RCsGX for the heads up on the Promo, also 470 for his insight.
I ended up buying a set (4) of Cooper Discoverer AT3 in 265/65/18 with Certificates (only option available) for $791 after the $100 promo. I will still get an additional $80 prepaid VISA card directly from Cooper. So net cost for Tires+Shipping+Tax-Discounts = $178/tire.
Arrived today Wife found them (and wasn't aware of the purchase) before I did I found out they arrived while in a meeting and received a txt from her with a pic of them and only this ""
I haven't informed her yet that they require new wheels)

You better buy her something she wants now....that's how it goes!

She received new BMW Weathertechs for her X3 last night. I received another picture txt from her 20min ago ... But this time the pic is of them in her car with a "soooo cool" message. She grew tired of the carpet mats.
Picked up the AT3's at UPS Tuesday morning (wasn't home Monday, changed delivery to a will-call for Tues). The AT3's are BIG and HEAVY! Guy at UPS: "You're gonna put THOSE tires on THAT Lexus?"

I was about to go w/ the LTZs but the Terra Grapplers had more reviews and most said they lasted longer. Between the LTZ and the AT3, AT3s have better reviews.
The Discount Tire guy recommended (slightly) the Cooper ATP but ended up they were on back order and could be for months ... so i took my effort online and bought the AT3 with $100 discount + $80 mfg rebate.
