Default Philips Daylight4, LED's inside and out install

So the weather is nice here in Arizona, I got bored and decided to purchase a bunch of LED's for all of the interior and exterior including 2 sets of Philips Daylight4 LED DRL and decided to kill sometime at night after a long day at work. I decided 2 sets of the Philips Daylight4 over the Philips Daylight8 simply because I think the reflector housing looks more OEM. Not to crazy over the individual LED look of the Daylight8 version. To compensate the short length of the Daylight4 version, I decided to go with 2 sets.

Tester kit prior to buying the pricey Philips Daylight4 kits:

The real deal, highly recommended kits:

You should have them run as your DRLs. Having them on w/ your amber DRLs looks autozone'ish.

Also you should embed your pics in your thread by putting at the end of your links. There are too many links to click on and I'm lazy.

So I have to ask, are your headlights aftermarket? They look stock white but they seem SOOOO much brighter than mine.

Nice! The multi-colored LED effect is also cool - I liked the red. Reminds me of special ops.
Just wondering how you wired lights under the seats and in the rear bumper reflectors? Were there already lights there or did you have to splice into a harness?

Awesome post, I've never seen a detailed thread on the phillips [real] versions, I'm impressed that they actually auto-dim with the low beams on, wicked feature.

Get new bulbs... they die with time, the more hours they have on them, the less output...

The GX did not come with HID from factory. I replace the H11 and H3 with 4300K HID's

Nice tanning booth you've got there James!

Will definitely be adding a set of Philips DRL's to the shopping list.

I am going to se if I can turn off that amber DRL with my Toyota Techstream tonight after work. I turn off that yellow DRL on my IS350 with it.

Autozone in Arizona does not sell Philips Daylight4 or 8 kits. They sold that cheap led kit that I bought to test install prior to me ordering the Philips DRL.

Ah! Makes sense.

I may not do the cabin lights like yours, but those side step lights and backup lights would be awesome! Mine are so dull now, just like my headlights.

Just turn off the GX470 factory amber DRL via Techstream. No more dual color DRL.
