Default GX Arm Rest

Does anyone think it is too small? I was really disappointed when I sat in the GX, I am so use to the bug arm rest in my GS.

Definetly agree that the armrest is way too small!
They should take a look at the new Range Rover which is far better designed.

Is there any way to change it?

Thumbs up

Yes it seems too small. My RX had larger ones.

Default Armrest issues

I agree that the arm rests on Lexus SUV's need to become more supportive. I've seen pics of the land cruiser in Japan that has a large center arm rest that goes from one seat to the other (like the LS). Those tinly fold up things in the trucks now just aren't very helpful or comfortable. If ANYONE knows how to add a high quality, large center arm rest/console to the GX or the RX300 please let me know.

They do seem to be smaller than the RX. I like most of the car, my wife hates it vs the RX. She can drive her BMW and I will enjoy my GX!

Yeah, I think it's a little on the small side but overall I think it's a small issue.

Default Big In the 4Runner

One thing I love about the 4Runner is the HUGE center console it has, like one in the LS400. It doesn't adjust up and down like the armrest thingies in the LX or GX, but it's very comfortable, can hold a ton of stuff, and even has a neat little flip out tray area.
