Heading up to Maine for the now-annual men's weekend in a few weeks, and I wanted to poll the class to see if anyone has camped out in their GX before. Not a tent or RV but but actually put down the seats, thrown down a sleeping bag and air mattress, and slept overnight in the back. I took a couple of quick measurements last night and it looks like a full size air mattress would just fit. The past couple of years have been monsoon-ish, so I'm just making contingencies, you know, just in case the tent thing suddenly becomes less viable.

Unrelated, little-know fact. It is technical possible for a six foot guy to stretch out fully in the back of a Prius. Seats down, head/pillow on the console between the front seats. I do not recommend this configuration, however, for more than a quick nap. No, there is not enough scotch in the world to make that palatable.
