Pretty easy to pass it over ..especially when one goes to the service department and starts asking questions.

Again, money it not a factor, but apparently some think that just because money is not a factor that I will just throw money into the wind or even to the curb. Well, I will not!!!

When I asked a service writer about the maintenance, the service writer started to list the laundry list of things that needed to be done. Well, the laundry list started to get very long. Why pay 2000.00 every 20,000 miles for 21 inch tires? Rotors have to have be replaced every 36K, then in the owners manual the list started to grow.

Sure the gl was a great piece, but, after the service writer pointed that all out to me, where as the salesperson did not even mention anything about the maintenance. Salesperson was just interested in cut of the action.

Being a loyal Lexus owner, 12 years, and Lexus Corp has done things for me both in warranty as well as out of warranty with out question.

Yes, I as well could not resist the temptation of the gl....but I did and have not regretted it.
