Default height control

Good afternoon!!!
2003 Lexus GX470. Several months ago the height compressor assembly unit was replaced. It worked fine until few days ago when I started to experience the car going to the low position however the instrument panel indicates the control unit is in neutral with green light. The manual switch is not working either.
Any suggestions, Thanks!!!

Do you hear the air compressor running from the driver's side rear, when the truck is first started? If not, be sure to check your fuses. You can also add some weight to the back and retest. Let us know...

Thanks!!!
I do not hear the A/C, checked the 50amp fuse and looks OK. The rear is completely down bounce like crazy and I look like I am driving a low rider...LOL

The Compressor should kick in on start, if not. If the Height Control Assy was replaced, it has a warranty period, you could route it back to them than you troubleshooting it.
