Default timing belt

I have 2006 Lexus GX 470 and am at 90k miles. I need to get the timing belt changed and I realize that, but am wondering if I have to get all the tensioners, pullys, etc. I have the belt and have been told all I need to do is replace the belt itself. please advise. joe.

Water pump should be done at the same time, and pulleys/tensioners should be inspected and replaced as needed.

When I did mine at 90K, now has 131K, they told me tensioners and pulleys where fine, just timing belt, water pump, flush and refill radiator.
