I recently installed a Xenon HID kit and love the bright headlights. However, I now realize that the lights don't extend as far, i.e. need to adjust up. I have searched and found a couple of good threads on the subject. I still have a couple of questions:

• What is the best distance from the wall for adjustment? What height the beam should be adjusted to for best result?
• Do both, high and low adjust at the same time? I need to adjust the low beam only. How? If there is a thread with pictures, please point me to it.
