Well I can't get the turn signal and break lights to work on my trailer. The running lights work. I know the lights on the trailer work they work hooked up to another truck. The hitch was installed by the dealer and the 7 pin connector is all plugged in like it should under the GX. I boughtbthe GX used, ist an 06. I pulled out the DMM and am not getting any voltage at the 7 pin connector except for the running lights. I checked for any missing relays and see 2 but can't find the third one I have read about. I am stumped, I am using a standard 7 pin to 4way converter I bought at an auto parts store. It has led lights on the outside that show if the lights are working. Only one of the 4 light up.
Any advice would be great.

 

start by checking the 2 connectors underneath (behind the 7 pin faceplate female plug) by the spare tire. There are supposed to be 2... sounds like the 4pin one may be disconnected.

I checked both of the connectors coming off the 7 pin under the GX both were tight.

 

there is also a relay in the left back trunk area behind the leftside panel. Also 2 relay in the engine compartment

 

I've looked but can't find that one

 

I have found all he relays and they are all installed and the connections are tight. Still nothing but running lights.
