Last night I backed into something (yea I know how the hell did I do that with a back up camera) When I went to see the damage I scratched my bumper pretty bad but what I noticed was my chrome tip could just slid off.

Now I don't know if this happened when I backed into the object or if it's always been that way (don't think so) and I hadn't noticed before. My question is does anyone know how this tip was attached to begin with? Is it just a screw (I see the hole) or was there a clamp?

I'm so upset that I did this since I keep this mint I'm seriously thinking of getting a new bumper. I could just kick myself

I ordered some parts from Sewell last night and I was thinking of buying the tip so I knew right where it was on their site.

 

Do you know if they just sell the bolt/screw? I already have the tip.

 

I doubt it. If you have an Ace hardware near you try them.

They have pretty much EVERY bolt / grade / size / thread pitch you can imagine.
