Quote: also op... if you like supping up your truck... got sewell and look for a sport bumper addon for your gx... i got one and it's pretty nice accessory... problem is they only make 3 colors from factory... blizzard black and silver... ur in luck buddy
Is this what youre referring too? I dont know, its looks weird, not my thing. Thanks for the suggestion though.

The only upgrades Im doing on the GX is adding the Vais iPhone module, having the windows re-tinted all around to 20% and adding either a set of 17" BBS' or 18" BBS' w/ A/T tires. Still havent decided on what size wheel yet.

I had a lifted '06 Tundra DC and I had 17", 18" and 20" BBS' so I definitely know I want BBS'.

Congrats! Awesome color! Your daughter must be the only one who likes the rear barn door! LOL!

Enjoy!
Thanks. Im glad I held out for white (Blizzard). I dont mind the door but Ive never had to use it so I dont know the down falls yet. I just wish the rear window was able to roll down like my Tundras did, that was so nice to have!

I've seen that sport bumper thing on Sewell before but am not really sure what I'm looking at. Is it the whole bumper or just the added chrome stuff?

Ps. I also wish the rear window rolled down like it did on my 4runner.

It goes on the front of the bumper.

it does on on the front of the bumper... the pic makes it look weird there but when i park my truck next to another white blizzard gx mine definitely stands out, and now i think it would look in the lacking or not as nice if it did not have one... anyhow it certainly isn't cheap so guess it's not very popular in that sense hahaha

Just checked it out a little closer. Sewell has them for $382 in black and Blizzard Pearl but I also dont think theyre my style. It just looks like its tacked on as an afterthought, not ******* it personally. Would be interesting to see on a black truck though.

yeah, at first when i looked at it i was thinking great... more plastic on top of plastic but then when i saw what other gx470 looked like when they had real metal chrome bars in the front... it stopped looking like a luxury ride and more like a ram or f150 truck hahaha... be glad it's plastic because it goes with the rest of the car... anyway at $400 bucks i am sure people have other priorities but i love this truck so it is a nice added accessory piece...

Thanks...I appreciate it!

I saw that Bonner was wanting someone to take over. I guess you're the Shane that is or did take over.

I checked out your website the other day, very nice and professional looking! I'm sure you will do a great job w/ the lifted Lexus FB page.

Any reason why you choose Bilstein 5100 for the rear instead of the Icon 57810C or 56505?

There was no reason to use a more expensive shock since I'm still using the stock airbags. If I ever do swap to coils I'll buy the matching shocks from the same company since they were designed to be used together.
