Air Suspension Problems or Questions

There are 3 solenoids in the box. 1 opens the line from the compressor to the reservoir, 1 opens the connection from the reservoir to the bags, and 1 opens the connection between the bags.
Frankly the system seems over complicated for what it is doing, but what the hell do I know.
