Quote: Ha - I assure you, it is not a "Lexus thing". Those of us (with the exception of that one guy) that bought from Xenondepot have not had any issues with our HIDs.
So your suggesting I buy these kits? The H11 and H3.

$500 for two hid kits are insane. Price is so way over usual. Has to be a place to buy them cheaper.

Infinirx,

It's not a "Lexus thing". Surely, you would rather pay more for better quality HIDs?

Yes yes so I have been told. No I would rather not spend $500 when I have had perfectly good HID's for under $100 on other cars. Of course at a discount due to my status in the industry but these ones are special. So I am stumped.

Like a lot of members with kids, I personally don't have time to deal with a HID kit that acts up. I would rather pay more and have it work from day one.

I remember a time when that wasn't the case, and if that's you, great. For me, the product is worth the cost.

I like the white rear bumper reflectors. Where can we find these? Now you just need to match it with the updated 09 white turn signals.

Here is the link: http://www.ebay.com/itm/130626774837...84.m1497.l2649

One of the next things I do is to get the sports package tails for sure.

No issues, but I'll say a few unlucky folks have not been so lucky.

What are you talking about? The kits they are boasting are Japanese made. But for $500 I wanna know I am getting my issues worked out.

Oh yeah, right, made in Japan. Let me guess, theyre just assembled in Taiwan. Theres plenty of threads on here where people are using the kit you want to buy. Some people dont have any problems while a couple of people have had problems.

I made my own relay harness and am using OEM Denso ballasts and OEM Philips D2S bulbs so I dont have to worry about if they will start up w/ my auto headlights on or if the ballasts will work a year from now.

Like I said, luck of the draw. Pick a kit and go w/ it.

Hmmm so they are the same as what I have. I got mine at discount under $120 for two sir a always. Same issue as being a flip of a coin. Nothing to do with quality. Glad I won't lent $500 then.
