You need to host the images on something like photobucket or whatever then cpoy/paste that image address in the box that appears when you click on the picture button ^^^ up here. Been looking at RCI myself would like to see their product on the GX
Ok, so I picked up the GX yesterday from Slee Off Road (Golden, CO) after the install. The Old Man Emu suspension, Metal Tech sliders are installed as well as a thorough 90K service including timing belt, thermostat, and water pump. As noted previously, my RCI skid plates are on.
Slee did some lovely work! I am very pleased. The Southern Style front and rear bumpers are coming (not unlike Santa!) and once here will be installed.
First report, it drives very nicely! A bit stiffer in the rear but once the suspension settles and the bumpers are in place I'm sure it will be smoother. Mind you the rear end is not uncomfortable, simply somewhat stiffer. I can't wait to get the GX off road.

Got some work done on the GX last night, oil change, tire rotation, and driveline greasing. I've not got about 85,000kms on the Duratracs, and they are holding up very well. Tire rotations every 10-15K kms is key.
Today, I changed out the blower motor. Surprisingly easy. Remove the glove box, 4 screws and it's out. Much quieter now (bearing was trashed). Earlier this week, I put in a new radiator. The upper inlet was cracked. Next, front and rear diffs, as well as the transfer case will get fluid changes. Letting toyota do the transmission at the end of the month.
Oh, also installed a bug shield yesterday. It's needed here in Colorado as gravel is always flying around. The hood is pretty beat up
Made a Plexiglas phone mount utilizing the ashtray. Time will tell if the tray hold up to the added weight. If not, the next platform will fit in the A/T slot.
Replaced all four splash aprons in the front wheel-wells so that the alternator & other stuff doesn't get soaked.
Helpful tip: Use a flat bladed screwdriver to pry the old clips off. If they're as old as mine, they'll break in the process. A vendor on Amazon sells a box of 25 of them for about $15. They're gray-market, but they seem to work.
Today I finished changing out the driveline fluids. I did the rear diff and transfer case last weekend, front diff this weekend. Transmission is next on the list. I also ordered a new skid plate for it since mine was missing when I bought it.
Also upgraded the headlight bulbs from H11 to H9 bulbs. The output is so much better and I've never had it melt the wiring harness (I did this same upgrade on my 4Runner)

I don't. Should have grabbed one but weather was changing and just wanted to get it done, lol. I can grab an after pic tonight. Difference is night and day between the H11 and H9.
