Anyone towing on all four?

 

What do you mean by "towing on all four?"

 

I think maybe reeves meant was AWD and tow.

 

?? AWD ?? Permanent 4WD, right? 4WD with differential locked in and towing?

 

I meant flat towing the GX470 behind a motorhome.
Looks like it can be done. The owners manual says not to.
I have found a few posts here from guys towing their GX 470's and I was hoping to hear from a veteran RV guy doing it.

That must be some big motorhome to haul almost 5,000 pounds! I guess you would put in neutral, right?

 

If you do decide to tow it, I would recommend starting the motor at every gas stop and running the tranny through all gears for a few minutes to lubricate the seals. The AT will be the vulnerable component in flat towing. I don't know how sensitive it is but the A750 is a continuation of previous 4Runners. Everything else is self lubricating.
